Now that Congreswoman Giffords is shot over healthcare, should we repeal healthcare?
The new Healtcare Bill basically comes down to this: as a country we're giving more money to poorer people, so that they remain healthier and don't die, so they are able to be good consumers and buy all the stuff rich folks make for them. This redistribution of wealth (which workes wel in Canada, China, New Zealand, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Australia, Mexico, Hungary, Poland, Republic of Korea, Chile, Slovenia, and yes also in Israel and these United States, although they are in complete denial about it), has upset a lot of Corporate-elite-class people and middle class people, and some of these are so upset, that they are resorting to violence. Isn't it time to admit that, IF giving poor people drives some rightwingers to murder Congresswomen, then we have made a mistake, and we should repeal it. Everyone cares for poor people but if anti-government ReichWingers start killing people over it, it's not worth it. Oh yeah, and Loffner is not a liberal, government haters come strictly from the Repub ReichWingers. Isn't a good rule of thumb, that if people get murdered, we should do something else? i'm going to order a cosplay with the money i got from christmas and my birthday, i have enough for a wig, boots, and outfit or whatever is needed so thats not really the issue i wanted to cosplay a character thats like me somewhat or is more fun, sadly im bad at making decisions so thats why i came here. i wanna cosplay a dude btw, im not really into the girl characters. im dirty blonde with side bangs over my eyes, my hair is short and longer in the front. the front bits of my hair are curly-ish for some reason. my eyes are blue i would like to be a character that has relations with 1 2, or even 3 characters to make it more fun for me im pretty outgoing and strange, at some point i get so hyper i seem high i love to eat even though im really skinny for some reason i like the color blue and orange i like hats and boots i can be really shy sometimes sometimes i scare people with my strange imagination o3o i had a few characters in mind: finland norway prussia switzerland if you think one fits me or would be more fun, or have any others that would be tell me X3 i'd also like to add im pretty short 5'1''

Therefore the definition I give will not match their definition. Second, I would like to make clear that when I say socialism or communism, I use these two words to refer to the exact same thing, not as seperate ideologies or one as a transitional phase and the other as some obscure utopia. My definition of socialism/communism is a society in which the people themselves share ownership and control the land and the means of production, through direct democracy. Essentially it's the extension of democracy to every quarter of society, the home, the workplace, and the community at large. A socialist society can only exist when the vast majority of the world population wants it to; there is no buying a plot of land and forming your own commune, as socialism can't exist while capitalism does. The people themselves then establish the socialist society democratically, through a revolution. In a socialist society, the following should apply: The socialist society has no monetary or barter system, there is no money and no trade, a socialist society has a gift economy. The socialist society is leaderless, since leaders are inherently undemocratic. The people themselves are in charge, administrating through a global direct democracy. The socialist society is stateless. Essentially, state is the power to use force legally against people. Socialism can't work in a coercive system. As well the existence of a state would undermine a classless society. The socialist society is borderless and global. Socialism can't exist in one country, nor can it exist while capitalism exists. What should I do with me and my mom arguing?
So here it is. My dad is recently working in Norway. Me, my sister and my mother live in Lithuania for all of our lives. But my mom has become such a witch! I'm already 18 and I have a boyfriend, so we arrange a sleepover at his house about once in two weeks, or sometimes more. His mother is very nice to me, we both go along really well. She is really glad that I'm with him and that I motivate him to do well at school although he is very good at it anyway. She sometimes even invites me to sleepover and she doesn't see anything wrong at it as we are adults. He has a separate room and we always hang out there. We don't annoy or disturb her. But my mom still thinks I'm a baby! She doesn't accept me sleeping over at his place and today we had a big fight because I wanted to stay with him tonight. She thinks that I'm starting to annoy his mother. She rarely lets him to sleep at my place. She was yelling that I only need her when I need money and all similar stuff. She said that it looks like she's nothing to me, that I don't care about her and all. Actually, we've never been close. I don't feel like friends with my mom. Although I tell her some stuff from school and we sometimes laugh about things, she is not the one I'd want to talk to when I have problems. When I get home I always stay in my room for all the time and actually yes - we talk only about money or chores for most of the time. So I don't understand why she wants me to stay here if I feel better being with my boyfriend? How can I make her understand that I'm an adult now? She was always saying "When you'll be 18, you'll can do what you want" and now it's nothing like it!

talk to your boyfriends mom, see how she feels and tell her whats going on. after you know for sure how she feels...talk to your mom, CALMLY :) trust me this is always the key. tell her why you want to stay over and that she said when you are 18 you could. then tell her you want to hear her side of it. let her talk, let her explain why. then tell her you will think about her reasons. leave it alone for a day or two and go back and say that you have listened about what she said and since you listened to her that maybe she could listen to your option. give her your reasons and then let her think about it. :) give her a while and see what she says. trust me when you act maturely then people treat you that way :D

First of all hello from Colorado, USA. I understand the confusion and pain you are experiencing. On one hand, you feel that you are an adult and should be able to do what you want. On the other hand, you are still living with your mother. I think if you search your heart you already have the answer. It sounds like you really want a warm loving relationship with your mother, and also for all of you - boyfriend included - to be a family. Maybe if you make an effort to explain in a rational, calm, non-emotional way how you feel then your mother can at least see it from your point of view. Sit down, have some coffee, and have a heart to heart with mom. No emotional boil overs, name calling, or taking verbal stabs at anyone. No putting blame on anyone for anything! Just say "I feel that..." or "My heart hurts because I feel..." And tell her what you need. I've learned that the best way to handle most situations is just to state how I feel and what I need. If you start blaming other people or accusing other people they just shut down to anything you have to say. Focus on what you can do, and on your actions. Are you just using your mom for money and a place to live? Does she know how appreciative you are of all she does for you, and has done for you in the past? What kind things do you do for her? What is the amount of love you show to your mom regardless of what she gives you? I promise you that if you increase the kindness and love, kindness and love will increase back to you. When I get home I always stay in my room for all the time and actually yes - we talk only about money or chores for most of the time. So I don't understand why she wants me to stay here if I feel better being with my boyfriend? How can I make her understand that I'm an adult now? She was always saying "When you'll be 18, you'll can do what you want" and now it's nothing like it!

talk to your boyfriends mom, see how she feels and tell her whats going on. after you know for sure how she feels...talk to your mom, CALMLY :) trust me this is always the key. tell her why you want to stay over and that she said when you are 18 you could. then tell her you want to hear her side of it. let her talk, let her explain why. then tell her you will think about her reasons. leave it alone for a day or two and go back and say that you have listened about what she said and since you listened to her that maybe she could listen to your option. give her your reasons and then let her think about it. :) give her a while and see what she says. trust me when you act maturely then people treat you that way :D

First of all hello from Colorado, USA. I understand the confusion and pain you are experiencing. On one hand, you feel that you are an adult and should be able to do what you want. On the other hand, you are still living with your mother. I think if you search your heart you already have the answer. It sounds like you really want a warm loving relationship with your mother, and also for all of you - boyfriend included - to be a family. Maybe if you make an effort to explain in a rational, calm, non-emotional way how you feel then your mother can at least see it from your point of view. Sit down, have some coffee, and have a heart to heart with mom. No emotional boil overs, name calling, or taking verbal stabs at anyone. No putting blame on anyone for anything! Just say "I feel that..." or "My heart hurts because I feel..." And tell her what you need. I've learned that the best way to handle most situations is just to state how I feel and what I need. If you start blaming other people or accusing other people they just shut down to anything you have to say. Focus on what you can do, and on your actions. Are you just using your mom for money and a place to live? Does she know how appreciative you are of all she does for you, and has done for you in the past? What kind things do you do for her? What is the amount of love you show to your mom regardless of what she gives you? I promise you that if you increase the kindness and love, kindness and love will increase back to you. Somebody, Anybody, Please ='(?

I was with my boyfriend sense 11/1/08 its been 2 years and 10 days. Im a young adult I have my life very planned out. we broke up because we had very different views of things, probably because he's 19 and im 17 so our minds are at a little bit different stages I understand that. I feel like were suppose to be together. We were always faithful, we had alot of respect for one another, he wasn't a nasty guy only wanting sex, he was a very non sexual guy and that's very rare and we trusted each other 100%. we had everything going but we broke up last night because we just weren't happy and he felt we were to different to ever agree we were raised different he was raised by a strict family with alot of money and I was raised by my single mom moving from appt. to appt. his grandma is royalty from norway. So you see the differences. I never had the opportunity to go out and ski or snowboard or go wake boarding like meeting him opened up a new way of life and more experiences for me. and i feel like everything just got taken from me we still love eachther. the only thing that prevented us from being together is that we would argue about things like little things that we just veiwed differently, like our careers i want to model and i know i would get far, he wants to be an airplane machenic, I rely on my looks he works very hard for his money, like were just different. We were highschool sweethearts and i know there was a study about how highschool sweethearts end up married if they run into eachother later in their 20's. do you think that can be us? I just basically want to know if i should hold on like keep my feelings for the future we left on pretty good terms and were going out to dinner tonight i just dont know my limits. can we still kiss? do I still say I love you? although he did make it clear no sexual activity at this time because it might be to hard on us. but how do I act I've never had a guy friend. I'm the girl all the guys want a peice of and he was one to respect me and not act like that. but i just dont know how to act like a "friend" after 2 years of such strong and pure love.

It's gonna be okay. This must be hard on you both. People change as they grow older, and they can grow together or apart. Anyways, you've been with him for over 2 years, so you must be pretty comfortable with him. Tonight at dinner you should talk to him. Don't try to act different, I act pretty much the same around my girl and guy friends. Talk to him about what you two can and can't do now. You don't want to confuse yourselves by being too physical with him. Only you guys can figure out if its okay for you guys to kiss, say I love you, etc., or if you'll just end up confused. Don't fight with him, be mature and understanding. Just figure out with him what's right and what's not for you guys, and do it calmly. Also, talk about if you would want to get back together at some point later on or not. Things change, so don't hold it against each other if something changes, but just get it all out there in the open about what is going on in both of your minds right now. Are you guys really broken up? Does he want a break or a real-deal breakup? What do you want? Is it okay to do things with other guys? Will you be upset if he's with another girl? You guys need to talk about these things. What is best for the both of you? Make sure you don't leave confused, get it all out there so you both understand. And stay calm, mature, and understanding. Try your best not to argue or get mad. I would atleast stay friends with him. You guys invested a lot of time into your relationship, and he is probably one of the closest people to you. Maybe you guys could still hangout and have fun together. Definitely stay in contact. But also focus on other people. You're young. Do you want to just have this guy on your mind? Do you want to see what it's like with other guys? You need to think about all of these things. I would suggest hanging out with your girlfriends a lot and making some friends too that are just guys. Not romantic, keep it strictly on a friend level. Guy friends are great! Focus on school, modeling, family, religion, whatever makes you happy. But yeah, definitely stay in contact and stay friends with this guy. It's definitely possible that you guys could get back together later on in your 20's, especially if you stay in touch.
